Deep thoughts, I built an abstract self to manage moods.
It's not a perfect system, but helps me to check and stop
behaviors before the become memory demons.

I like the guys system approach.

It kind of short changed the epic battle beween

ego-satan and true self jesus. His ego tells him to jump of a cliff.

In Carlos's version he jumps and ends up in a "separate reality"

We are all trapped as Pilot-Captain-Navigator. A three vote system

ID - EGO - SUPER EGO is a powerful Pilot-Captain-Navigator system
