I type with a mouse and an on screen keyboard.
Without a laptop I would have drowned in white out long ago.
My only typing teacher gave me a "P" instead of a letter grade.

I have type writer envy still.

i got to be a "clerk-typist" during the war.
i lucked out and was sent to typing school
during the vietnam war era. Although i never
had to go fight or be in vietnam. some say
it perhaps saved my life, god only knows.
anyhow it's a good skill to have.

What a period of EXTREME turmoil 68-73.
I wasn't eligible till 77 and the draft was over.
I can only speculate what would become of me, but it would be extremes.
I'm grateful I never had to choose.
