Bob Dylan – ‘Murder Most Foul’

Twas a dark day in Dallas, November ’63
A day that will live on in infamy
    President Kennedy was a-ridin’ high
Good day to be livin’ and a good day to die
Being led to the slaughter like a sacrificial lamb
He said, “Wait a minute, boys, you know who I am?”
“Of course we do. We know who you are.”
Then they blew off his head while he was still in the car
Shot down like a dog in broad daylight
Was a matter of timing and the timing was right
You got unpaid debts; we’ve come to collect
We’re gonna kill you with hatred; without any respect
We’ll mock you and shock you and we’ll put it in your face
We’ve already got someone here to take your place

The day they blew out the brains of the king
Thousands were watching; no one saw a thing
It happened so quickly, so quick, by surprise
Right there in front of everyone’s eyes
Greatest magic trick ever under the sun
    Perfectly executed, skillfully done
Wolfman, oh wolfman, oh wolfman howl
    Rub-a-dub-dub, it’s a murder most foul

    Hush, little children. You’ll understand
The Beatles are comin’; they’re gonna hold your hand
Slide down the banister, go get your coat
Ferry ‘cross the Mersey and go for the throat
There’s three bums comin’ all dressed in rags
Pick up the pieces and lower the flags
I’m going to Woodstock; it’s the Aquarian Age
Then I’ll go to Altamont and sit near the stage
Put your head out the window; let the good times roll
There’s a party going on behind the Grassy Knoll

Stack up the bricks, pour the cement
Don’t say Dallas don’t love you, Mr. President
Put your foot in the tank and step on the gas
Try to make it to the triple underpass
    Blackface singer, whiteface clown
Better not show your faces after the sun goes down
Up in the red light district, they’ve got cop on the beat
Living in a nightmare on Elm Street

When you’re down in Deep Ellum, put your money in your shoe
Don’t ask what your country can do for you
Cash on the ballot, money to burn
    Dealey Plaza, make left-hand turn
I’m going down to the crossroads; gonna flag a ride
The place where faith, hope, and charity died
Shoot him while he runs, boy. Shoot him while you can
See if you can shoot the invisible man
    Goodbye, Charlie. Goodbye, Uncle Sam
Frankly, Miss Scarlett, I don’t give a damn

What is the truth, and where did it go?
Ask Oswald and Ruby; they oughta know
“Shut your mouth,” said the wise old owl
Business is business, and it’s a murder most foul

Tommy, can you hear me? I’m the Acid Queen
I’m riding in a long, black limousine
Riding in the backseat next to my wife
Heading straight on in to the afterlife
I’m leaning to the left; got my head in her lap
Hold on, I’ve been led into some kind of a trap
Where we ask no quarter, and no quarter do we give
We’re right down the street from the street where you live
They mutilated his body, and they took out his brain
What more could they do? They piled on the pain
But his soul’s not there where it was supposed to be at
For the last fifty years they’ve been searchin’ for that

Freedom, oh freedom. Freedom cover me
I hate to tell you, mister, but only dead men are free
Send me some lovin’; tell me no lies
Throw the gun in the gutter and walk on by
Wake up, little Susie; let’s go for a drive
Cross the Trinity River; let’s keep hope alive
Turn the radio on; don’t touch the dials
Parkland hospital, only six more miles

You got me dizzy, Miss Lizzy. You filled me with lead
That magic bullet of yours has gone to my head
I’m just a patsy like Patsy Cline
Never shot anyone from in front or behind
I’ve blood in my eye, got blood in my ear
I’m never gonna make it to the new frontier
Zapruder’s film I seen night before
Seen it 33 times, maybe more
It’s vile and deceitful. It’s cruel and it’s mean
Ugliest thing that you ever have seen
They killed him once and they killed him twice
Killed him like a human sacrifice

The day that they killed him, someone said to me, “Son
The age of the Antichrist has only begun.”
Air Force One coming in through the gate
    Johnson sworn in at 2:38
Let me know when you decide to thrown in the towel
It is what it is, and it’s murder most foul

    What’s new, pussycat? What’d I say?
I said the soul of a nation been torn away
And it’s beginning to go into a slow decay
And that it’s 36 hours past Judgment Day

He’s going on and on at the top of his lungs

    Für Elise - Beethoven
    https://youtu.be/qS3G7GmFY-o

Etymology & Historical Origin of the Baby Name Lisa

Lisa developed as a short form for eLISAbeth primarily in Northern Europe (Scandinavia and Germany) as well as in Italy (think: da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa”). Eventually over time Lisa became very common as an independently given name in those above
mentioned countries as well as among English speakers (in the same way that Elise, Eliza or Liesel were created from Elisabeth/Elizabeth). Elizabeth is one
of those names that has spawned scores of variations and pet forms across every
    conceivable
language in the Western World thanks to the rising importance and ultimate prevalence of Christianity from Late Antiquity onward. Names were widely adopted and bestowed upon children in medieval times based on two primary things: Biblical significance
and/or cults of various saints. Elizabeth could claim both honors (which is why
she, like Mary, is one of the most enduring and widespread names of all time). Biblically speaking, Elizabeth was the mother of John the Baptist – the name originated from
the Hebrew Elisheva meaning “God is my oath”. In the Bible God looked favorably upon Elizabeth and her husband Zachariah because “they were both righteous before God…but they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and
    both were advanced in
years.” (Luke 1:6). So God sent His angel Gabriel with a message saying that Elizabeth will have a son and “you shall call his name John.” Gabriel also says that John’s birth will be cause for much rejoicing and that the baby will be filled with
the Holy Spirit even from Elizabeth’s womb. Around the same time, Mary was impregnated by the Holy Ghost with Jesus (Mary and Elizabeth are contemporaries; tradition holds they are cousins). John the Baptist’s role was important because he prepared
the people for the coming of the Messiah, the knowledge of salvation and the forgiveness of sins “because of the tender mercy of our God” (Luke 1:78). And John the Baptist also has the honors of having baptized Jesus in the River Jordan.

Suspected SARS Virus And Flu Samples Found In Chinese Scientists’ Luggage Arriving In The U.S.: REPORT
Avatar by Eric A. Blair March 30, 2020 368 Comments

    original link at bottom

Samples of the suspected SARS virus and influenza were found in Chinese scientists’ luggage arriving in the U.S., according to an unclassified FBI tactical intelligence report obtained by Yahoo News.

In November 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at Detroit Metro Airport stopped a Chinese biologist who was carrying three vials labeled “Antibodies” in his luggage. The biologist said a colleague in China “had asked him to deliver
the vials to a researcher at a U.S. institute. After examining the vials, however, customs agents came to an alarming conclusion,” Yahoo reported.

“Inspection of the writing on the vials and the stated recipient led inspection personnel to believe the materials contained within the vials may be
viable Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) materials,
     the report said.

The report, written by the Chemical and Biological Intelligence Unit of the
FBI’s Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate (WMDD), does not give the name of the Chinese scientist carrying the suspected SARS and MERS samples, or the intended
recipient in the U.S. But the FBI concluded that the incident, and two other cases cited in the report, were part of an alarming pattern.

“The Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate assesses foreign scientific researchers who transport undeclared and undocumented biological materials into
the United States in their personal carry-on and/or checked luggage almost certainly present a
US biosecurity risk,” reads the report. “The WMDD makes this assessment with high confidence based on liaison reporting with direct access.”

The report, which came out more than two months before the World Health Organization learned of a cluster of pneumonia cases in Wuhan that turned out to be COVID-19, appears to be part of a larger FBI concern about China’s involvement with
scientific research in the U.S. While the report refers broadly to foreign researchers, all three cases cited involve Chinese nationals.

There have been numerous reports that the coronavirus may have emerged from a lab in Wuhan, China. In February, the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology put out a directive titled: “Instructions on strengthening biosecurity management in
microbiology labs that handle advanced viruses like the novel coronavirus.”

It turns out that in all of China there is only one such lab, the New York Post
wrote. “And this one is located in the Chinese city of Wuhan that just happens to be . . . the epicenter of the epidemic.”

That’s right. China’s only Level 4 microbiology lab that is equipped to
handle deadly coronaviruses, called the National Biosafety Laboratory, is part of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

What’s more, the People’s Liberation Army’s top expert in biological warfare, a Maj. Gen. Chen Wei, was dispatched to Wuhan at the end of January to
help with the effort to contain the outbreak.

According to the PLA Daily, Gen. Chen has been researching coronaviruses since the SARS outbreak of 2003, as well as Ebola and anthrax. This would not be her first trip to the Wuhan Institute of Virology either, since it is one of
    only two bioweapons
research labs in all of China.

Real Chinese coronavirus illness, death rates could be 12 times higher than government says
    Posted on March 30, 2020
    by usafeaturesmedia

(USA Features) The casualty rate in China caused by the coronavirus outbreak is
likely 12 times as high as official figures, according to residents who live in
    the city where it originated.

As reported by The Epoch Times, information provided by Wuhan, China residents indicates that the real death toll from the virus could be well over 32,000, or
about 12.7 times the official figure published by the Communist government.

In addition, reports by medical experts in The Lancet as well as other scientific publications indicate that Chinese authorities have not accurately reported sickness and death rates caused by the novel coronavirus since the beginning of the outbreak
last fall, The Epoch Times reported.

“The real situation in Wuhan and the whole of China has been covered up,” said the newspaper.

A clearer picture of the death toll began to emerge as Chinese residents of Wuhan were permitted to go to the seven funeral homes in the city to collect the cremated remains of lost loved ones.

“The urns were countless… The entire lobby was full of urns… Some of them
were even placed outside the door [due to lack of space],” Wuhan taxi driver Mr. Yin told the Times.

Another witness told the Times that “Wuchang funeral home informed relatives of the deceased that the facility would release 500 urns per day, in order to ensure that all urns were distributed by April 4 for the Qingming Festival, a traditional Chinese
holiday when people pay their respects to their ancestors,” the site reported.

“The city has seven large funeral homes, and each has been returning the cremated remains of approximately 500 people to their families every day, and yet, the official government figures put the total death count around 2,500,”
    writes Leah Barkoukis
    at Townhall.

“It can’t be right … because the incinerators have been working round the
clock, so how can so few people have died?” one Wuhan resident told Radio Free Asia last week.

“They started distributing ashes and starting interment ceremonies on Monday,” he said.
