i was wondering when i was going to have some lucid
dreams again and bingo this morning a couple of them
came around. The first one is not worth talking about
but the second one is interesting. I'm at ball park
and i know i am dreaming so i went out into the outfield
to play. I was going to remove the player and just take
his position but somehow i got to play as the 10th player.
The ball was not a regular baseball, it looked something
like a tennis ball but was not a tennis ball. It was
soft but yet hard. After playing i asked these guys where
i was. Where am I? This is Mexico is what they said.
Then i said what state is this. They said Jalisco. Then
i said which city is this? No answer. The time of day
was twilight like it was this morning when i was dreaming.
I'm telling you this was so real that it was hard to tell
the difference between the dream world and the waking world.
Maybe that is why we can't tell we are dreaming half the time.
### - am caught in a similar quandary between what's real and what ain't
real? you know it's a dream but yet in some dreams it screams reality at
you so much you have cause to question it + have just been using flying as
a reality-check till now (if ya can hover 2 inches off the ground then it
must be a dream, right?) and which breaks the loop you can otherwise end
up going round & round in (i know this is a dream but why does it feel so
real? i know this is a dream so why does it feel so damn real?? etc etc
until you're booted out, lol i gots awarded a t-shirt for doin' that!
haha...)
have thus been kinda obsessed lately about parallel worlds & dimensions
and that maybe, just maybe, some of these incredibly 'real' seeming dreams
are something along those lines? there's just no way to check/verify
anything though, have lol even tried pointing my little finger at things
(nada) and then in disgust gave it my middle finger too haha (will try
anything once hah) but nada & nada... nada works! they're just dreams
seemingly made outta concrete!?
imho the reason we walk around like unconscious dumb-asses in our ordinary dreams is because it reflects the same dumbass way we generally walk
around, equally completely complacently, in the waking world too all
taking the dumbass stories of our lives for real (true)
iow; one is a reflection of the other and vise versa haha ;)
fortunately, it's not only a one-way street though or we'd be totally
screwed and/or doomed to a life of careful meditation trying to wake
ourselves up in the waking world that way... coz change one and you automatically change the other one too; that by becoming more lucid in our dreams we also automatically begin to reflect this same lucidity in waking
as well...
i.e., the more lucid you become in dreaming the more lucid you become in
waking too, and the more you become awake in waking the more you become
lucid in dreaming, in an ever-widening circle...
all ending up in the nuthouse is my only concern? hahaha...
otoh, maybe we're actually breaking out of one? ;)
(hey maybe if we wind someone up enough they'll put that washbasin through
the window and then we'll all get out! rofl... ohh jeremyyyyy! j/k)
