ya simply have to forge the connection yourself step-by-step like
everyone

truth is, you 'do' see them, every nite without fail, else you wouldn't
be
able
to fall asleep at all, you'd be a total insomniac! you just never
remember
that
part... and when you do see them you don't remember 'how' you gots to
see
'em,
they were just there already...
suggest starting over from scratch, going very carefully & slowly
through
the
3 stages, and not even attempting to see any hypnagogia until passing
stage 1...
it's time to stop fuckin' about mate!

...and then one night...... it happens. Yes last night i hit the
jackpot. I was about to totally give up late this morning. And then
i saw something. I watched and watched. My eyes were spinnning around
like a god damn slot machine. I'm watching this go about and i can't believe my eyes. I'm wide awake with my eyes closed and i finally have
some fuckin' activity showing up. Then the whole room turned to a color
like ground up chocolate chip ice cream. That's about the best way i
could describe it. The whole field was a solid color of this
consistency.
Then i'm describing this to someone in the room and the scene alters to
being able to make a copy of what i'm seeing and they say this is very important--it means something, god only knows what? Went on for a good spell before the dream ended. Ok, now i'm getting my money's worth out
of
doing this. And yes i woke up this morning with a fanastic feeling.
Much
like how one feels after a series of lucid dreams. Nice, real nice.
This
is definitely a different dream show than a lucid dream. OK OK i'm a believer now. It just seems likes it comes when you least expect it to.
I guess i finally just let go of trying to make it happen.
### - well done Chris, your effort has finally paid off, some 'part' of
you learned to let go last nite and collected the bonus points concerned (feeling boosted today etc) so it wont forget that event now + all you
have to do in future is to ask it to just repeat what it did last time and
it should go fine...
fussing over the relaxing stage also helps btw, it kinda sets the pace +
the deliberation involved that's required... (you thus start out
determined and handle every following stage with exactly the same/similar determination until you get what you want...)
whatever anyway, you gots yourself a decent medal this time, all your
previous attempts were somehow incomplete because you yourself weren't
actually initiating it, kind of but not quite, so that's why it's remained
a mystery for you until now...
now however, you've really cracked it this time by going from full awake
to full hypnagogia watching, and you somehow did it all by yourself this
time with no help from moi either other than the encouragement to keep
trying and to get slightly more determined even if ya feel like an idiot
doing so (haha)
plus at least now you know you're not an idiot (i never doubted you haha)
and that it was worthwhile and kinda necessary just in order to get the
basics down...
and ya did it too! (kewl)
best advice is to follow up over the next few nites until again something changes and you know more about it as a direct result :)
but you did it maan! this time you broke on through to the other side! and
saw all those colours and stuff?
WILDing is a cinch from there heh and you'll become expert in no time now
