relaxing enough to hit some hypnogogia is certainly
the trick. Even if a dreamer does not see any
he still has a good chance of falling asleep in
total silence. This is the way to a lucid dream.
You are going to fall asleep at some point.

i woke up last night and started to go back to sleep
and was hit with dreaming images of very ordinary scenery
along a road with houses. I was wide awake folks. I
tried to focus and concentrate but the images passed.
Oh well, at least they do and can show up. more seratonin
boss, pump that stuff up and memory will be high.
so your video is good, it's just what people need to encourage
them to give it a try and to keep trying. Sooner or later
they will break through. If Dumbo can fly we can dream too.

    ### - those hypnagogia are 'how' we all go to sleep every time whether we remember them or not, it's just that we've relegated having anything to do
with them right into the background along with our memories of our
ordinary dreams, a veil of forgetfulness that's lowered over those dream memories which we've extended to including that of the entry-process
itself (it's pretty obvious why really; i.e. if we were aware of the
process itself we'd also realise that we had some choice in the matter, so
much easier then to just cloud that bit over too and then everyone can act
like an asshole and never feel guilty lol)

iow: we've given up having any 'choice' in the matter? the choice to fall asleep having then effectively become our default mode; we don't even
question it anymore! (no one frees-willy anymore?)

our problem facing such things being that we're not used to making
choices? we instead rely/depend on a bunch of choice-choices (heh) to do everything for us, thus we can then effectively 'sleep' our way through
life, living in our thoughts while everything's being routinely taken care
    of for us...

no wonder then we gets into sooo much trouble in planet wallyworld eh? ;)

    ### - when "hit with those dreaming images" that was your perfect
opportunity to WILD, you certainly were wide awake but remained passive
(which is one of the available options)

remain passive (iow: do nada but watch) and eventually falling asleep is a given: 'coz that's what happens! something the whole human race has
apparently somehow learned to capitalise on to the point that all their
eggs are now firmly only in that basket alone! so much so they now think/believe that that's all there is and exists!

you have 2 choices when faced with the hypnagogia: either remain passive &
just enjoy the show; the longer you can maintain it the more glorious the
show becomes until sleep eventually claims us...

or, 'actively' seek any details IN those images and thus trigger a WILD.

a slight variation of that, being to watch a similar scene such as you describe, and to then somehow go half-way into it (like just sticking your
head in heh) and pulling it back out again... something that happened when
i described sitting back & resting my eyes onetime; there was a clear
scene right in front of me, an incredible life-like one, which was
watching for a bit before starting to experiment with it, put my head etc, looked up and down, pulled it back out, cool, did that a few times until realising what am doing, and then stepped boldly into it: full WILD! (even
went to the end of this tree-lined road to find out the name of it, it was
    so real-seeming)

iow: 'seeing' those hypnagogia is no longer your problem pal (laffing) you
know now how to see 'em alright 'and' what they look like when ya see's
'em; your problem now is what to 'do' with them that triggers a WILD!

you already know the first option of remaining passive no problemo, that's
a piece of piss to accomplish haha: ya don't have to do nada, and which is precisely what we usually do with them in order to fall asleep... so it's
your task now to not only see those images (in any form btw, even a single image) but to also experiment with what it then takes to trigger a WILD
    via them :)

and that's really simple too: ya simply attempt to examine their finer
details, and that's it, this ain't like rocket science maan... (grinz)

wont work the first time unless you gets lucky punk hehe, maybe not even
the 2nd or 3rd time, but soon (and for the rest of your life heh) you'll
hit the right note and then you'll know 'exactly' what (and how) triggers
    a WILD!

if you get another scene like that and can't seem to focus or whatever,
then maybe also try the second method of moving towards it and sticking
your head into it and looking around (worked totally accidentally for moi
so that must be possible too...)

examining their finer details being the more direct route though + the accompanying sensation of being pulled/zoomed-in is actually very
    pleasant...

but, however ya gots there, there's no denying now that you're at the
second stage old chap! (cool) so the next video in the series should
complete your education in that respect:

Hypnagogia - The 'Key' To WILDS!
