This was posted by a new member just here today in the lucid dreaming
group, I'd have liked to have been able to 'share' it to the group rather
than just copy & paste it (so I hope this member will forgive me for doing so...) But this stuff is the business! :)

How long was your longest lucid dream? Today I had a series of 6-7 lucid dreams, each interrupted by an awakening after which I didn't move and got sucked into a dream again. They were so vivid, damn. It felt like I was dreaming for 30 minutes or even more. That's a lot. I'm not sure if REM
cycle usually lasts that long.

The point being: that this dude is WILDing correctly! That this is the way
it should (and needs to) be done! And because wow, another few sessions of
this nature and this guy is gonna know what he's doing! :)
I mean, I realise everyone is still kinda hung-up on just getting into a
decent WILD and sustaining it, that's perfectly understandable, and is precisely what everyone needs to do too! But such prolonged experiences as those described above are key to really getting the hang of all this...
If you can get 1 WILD in a night you can get more! Several more! The more
the merrier hehehe (really laughing) And because this way your awareness
will begin to expand at an expotential and very satisfactory rate!
Go for it peeps! This all only the beginnings of it :)

smile, i.e., there's been quite a lot of peeps all trying to get a WILD,
asking typical newbie questions etc etc, all questioning things and
thinking more about it than perhaps actually attempting it and stuff, but they's startin' to get going and it's beginning to roll...
so anyhoo, i came across this dudes post today and was a needs-must for
the group to get they's ass into gear heh, and this post of his cracks it!
it's spot-on! and very much to the point to boot!
that's the way to do it! (ahahaha...)
and, it really IS only the beginnings of it too, and that's cool ;)
