### - just spoke to this dude on fb who reported his first WILD via auditory-shit AND apparently resolved the problem!
Wesley Oisebe: I had been drifting in and out of a dream, and then I'm not sure
why/how but I got the idea to WILD/ DEILD (possibly due to having attempted it earlier, the intention was somehow still in my mind). I lay there and I noticed
I could hear
the voices of the dream characters audibly! They were having a conversation, and so I decided to just focus on the sounds, and next thing I knew I was seeing super clear images in front of my eyes. I tried to open my eyes a few times, I guess I thought
it would make me open my dream eyes and see the dream scene, but I kept seeing the curtains in my room when I did that so I knew I was opening my physical eyes. So I decided to focus on the images and just wait till I knew (?) I was only using my dream
eyes, and all of a sudden I was in the dream, in the backyard of my parent's house.
I was lying on a mattress, a beautiful lawn around me, a tree to my left, and the sun was shining very warmly and gently. Very beautiful dream setting really. I tried to get up but I had the feeling I was moving my physical body, so I stopped and decided
to look at my dream body instead, as I've never really done that. I looked at my legs and they were HUGE, I mean my thighs looked like elephant thighs. I lifted my hand and saw that there was what looked like vapour emanating from it, perhaps a remnant
from a previous lucid dream I had. I tried to conjure lighting and ice from my hand but it failed, so I decided to just touch the grass around me and it felt exactly like grass. After that I decided to move my body a bit into the sunlight, and I just lay
there basking in the sun and just relaxing, super chill. It was really nice. I thought I had moved my physical body, and that there was sunlight in my room since the heat felt way too real. But when I woke up shortly after I realised my body was in a
different position, and there was no sunlight in my room. I guess my earlier worries that I was moving my physical body might have been mistaken.

besides his reactions and puzzlement, the point being that he went from initially only hearing dc's talk to actually going into a full WILD in the blink of an eye, he made some kinda attempt to see anyway and somehow succeeded
(tried to open his eyes
even though he was already seeing clear images duh + haha, good idea batman!) but it worked! he just missed the transition...
anyway, just thought i'd pass it along as peeps getting stuck at an auditory level is apparently fairly rare and unusual, but does happen - so you are not alone! (laffing...) :)
