this morning at 5:30 AM was there in bed
with eyes closed and a flash dream hit.
Suddenly i am in a car coming up on another
vehicle, looks like i am going to rear end
this car but i stepped on the brakes but
woke up. I physically moved my gas foot
(right foot) to the brakes. A rude way to
wake up in the morning. It was as real as
any lucid dream could be. I guess that's
all the dreaming attention i could muster
this morning. Better luck next time.

    ### - awoke with a bit of a start he did! :)

sounds like a kinda half-WILD maybe? (because ya didn't really have time
to go fully back to sleep)

but started taking the images of the dream for real too much and stomped
    on the brakes hahaha..

(does our mind really play such silly tricks on us to block us in some way given half the chance? i guess ya have to be on yer' toes for such eventualities huh...)

been there for sure just in ordinary dreams; was being attacked by something/someone one-time and i lashed out at 'em and woke up really
kicking the fuck outta the wall?? lol + owwwch! followed by wtf?! + quite
    a bruised foot :)

never happens in a WILD though... nada like that, everything's as calm as
    can be?

go down a few levels and you soon find some trouble (i.e. people) tho'
    hah! :)

but what a bunch of goons they's are when ya examine them?? idiots!

    i leave 'em alone :)

    ### - that's actually quite a good idea, a refinement of what am
attempting to do; that instead of loading the whole page just a gif (or
even small vid) would do initially to catch attention + already have thewildway.com & .co.uk... (fb grabs any image it can get hold of to
display and flash media doesn't display until it loads so it's trying to display the banner, so either redesign the page accordingly or go about it
in another way such as you suggest... i rather think i will :)

although wasn't really promoting that per se directly, just exposing
visitors (of the viral) to a single banner advert (about lucid dreaming)
that links to the real site 'if' they're interested in that kinda/sorta thing... a small percentage of which will click-through if i can make the advert(s) enticing enough, it's just a spratt to catch, well, another
spratt hahaha; a way to let peeps know first about the subject of lucid dreaming and, if they're interested, then the best part of it: la creme de
la creme WILDing as a good beginners entry into the whole thing... and
    that's no lie

i.e., there's already a huge clique interested in lucid dreaming in any
form (99% of them dildo's all, dildooo! dildooo!; potential converts
hehehe ;) maybe even as many as a million or more globally, and lol am
already workin' on that lot to convert 'em haha! - but as yet the main
stream general public is hardly even aware of the subject except maybe for
some strange sci-fi movies like inception, solaris and vanilla sky et al,
and i'd like to bring 'em into it too hence the attempted virals, that if
i could have afforded it myself i would have just put flashy adverts on
other people's sites instead, paid google to do it for me as they'll soon
spend all your money for ya just on youtube alone lol (boy have they
fucked up youtube with adverts or what??) but millions are required...

    so any sponsors out there??

will give ya a healthy cut of the returns! :P

about half that size) of a gif + a link, although i couldn't as yet find a
way to make clicking on the gif itself a live link (pesky fiddly

otherwise... it works! even tho' fb damaged it slightly in the upload so

Slider that's so bad it's embarassing.

It needs flash and a lot of people do not enable flash due to its
security status. So there's a big empty box in the middle.

Your script "The Greater His Energy He Higher He Jumps!" has a
spelling error in it. Not a good look.

The page lacks charm and interest. There is no 3-D, it looks cheap
    and unfinished and nasty.

My suggestion is this - use your spare time to learn some coding and
HTML skills and prepare a proper web page. Then, give it a shot here
    for critical analysis.

    ### - hahaha, i've no such intention of getting that involved heh, plus
all these were made in the pre-broadband era thang for dialup connections,
even as much as nearly 20 years ago using flash4 & photoshop and live streaming! and although obviously not that aesthetically pleasing heh,
they nevertheless demonstrate the principles of hand-crafted animations
and the little mathematical/logic machines that are running them in the background...

the idea behind it all at the time, being to create the world's first
online funfair (funnyfair.com heh) with several main rides & a bunch of sideshows etc, the tools were crude and the results cruder still but still
fun for all that, taking roughly 5 months in total to set up & build the
whole site by hand in what was some of the very early days of the internet indeed and when flash was still becoming all the rage...

and perforce useless now beyond this current use i've currently found for
them heh: i.e., as click-bait among dozens of lucid dreaming groups on fb,
the aim being ultimately to expose a highly concentrated + select group of peeps, who're already very interested in lucid dreaming, to a single
advert for my own site promoting/selling my book :)

and it appears to be working too! 100's of hits on the novel animations themselves (only 2 put out there so far + there's another 6 or 7 suitable
ones to follow with spaced between them) + an overly high percentage rate
of click-throughs on the single banner advert they're being exposed to!
(no competition from any other adverts, see? lol...)

no books sold off the back of this yet, it's only been a couple of days,
but the extra traffic through my main site is quite noticeable! (more
traffic already 'this' month than all of last month for example...) 13
books sold this month via other channels...

and that, my friend, is free advertising to a very select kinda
    mailing-list audience hah!

(i.e., i couldn't afford to advertise on other people's sites in any way,
so i've rather cleverly, perhaps, gots them instead coming to mine...)

    heh :)

It still looks flat and unpolished. Dreamweaver is for advanced
professionals who are familiar with raw HTLM and CSS, JS etc. It's
too advanced for you, and for me.

Try Wordpress - I've got some pirate themes like Jupiter etc which I

Or, I can give you the magnet links for proggies like Website X5
professional, Xara Web Designer Premium etc. They are too big to
upload, but you can use utorrent to dl them using the magnet links, if
you're game (UK has some heavy penalties for piracy, down here it is
protected by the Federal Court when Voltage Pictures tried it on with
our judicial system and lost big time). This is the home of the wild

in a novel form; as an online funfair (called funnyfair.com) - i didn't
make all those gifs myself others did! (newsnet alt.animated.gifs was one
of the places i frequented trying to hunt down all the actual owners of
them for their permission to use 'em, all of which readily agreed)

btw; have been using dreamweaver 2 & 3 for 20 years nearly thang? and it's
    not difficult to learn

the only thing i never bothered to learn in it was server-side
includes-type programming, mainly for websites created on the fly when
called and for accessing databases, whereas i just did it all the hard
way, even learned plenty html hand coding so as to be able to edit the
coding myself (and still can to some extent, although gave up when they
went to html5) ditto flash4 when they upgraded to flash5 due to a radical change of internal programming then becoming available to the user that
was completely different than before, and just wasn't prepared to learn
yet another fucking programming language! (i cut my teeth on 'basic'
    originally heh)

different rides/side-shows from the old funnyfair heh, and now all
installed on a carousel too so you can go from one to the next and back
again kinda thing... and yes it's kinda crude haha, no attempt was ever
made to make it look more professional as such? it's just for a laff!
minus now, of course, even the original settings in which they were all presented so as to create a kind of theme park composed entirely of other people's gif-creations! and was the was only one of its kind! :)

here, try it out now it finished... may even embellish it some in time
with decorations, nice frames whatever, extra ads maybe... but that's not really important per se, the main thing being any visitors being exposed
to my little advertising campaign (a single banner only for my main site currently, although could always add some more (photoshop is another also
quite easy program to use once ya get used to it, not difficult at all actually, it's merely a glorified version of windows 'paint' with bells on)

    http://www.thewildway.com/funline1.htm

and it's working too heh! 2000+ extra visitors so far just from these
funny little things ain't so bad eh? 2000+ peeps (so far this month)
seeing them and maybe sharing them, a small percentage of which also
clicked through on the banner to the main site too, plus if even only one
of them goes vial then that's what i was aiming/hoping for...

probably wont lol, but then nothing ventured nothing gained innit heh ;)

Or, I can give you the magnet links for proggies like Website X5 professional, Xara Web Designer Premium etc. They are too big to
upload, but you can use utorrent to dl them using the magnet links, if
you're game (UK has some heavy penalties for piracy, down here it is protected by the Federal Court when Voltage Pictures tried it on with
our judicial system and lost big time). This is the home of the wild colonial boy after all :)

    Up to you...

    ### - nice offer + thanks for the thought, but ain't planning to get any further involved to such an extent, and am fine with dreamweaver3 et al
for all i now use html these days; this latest project being borne more of necessity than anything else; a chance to let peeps see my banner ads that
i can't otherwise afford to put out there any other way... plus have no
plans to build anything else in the near future either except for what am currently engaged in...

    but thanks anyway :)
