ya wake up one day and: you may find yourself in shitville uk/usa!
what else can a poor boy do?
we do our best don't we?
some better than others.
### - true! there's a 'waking dream' one can be either awake or asleep in!
99% (probably more) are asleep in this 'dream' just like they're asleep in their ordinary dreams at night! (one reflects the other?)
e.g., last entry in 'The WILD Way To Lucid Dreaming' (in the faq's...)
Does lucid dreaming expand the mind?
Yes! Being unconscious in our dreams mirrors just how unconscious and
asleep we are in our waking lives, which from a waking point of view is an irremediable situation per se. One avenue for redemption remains, however,
in that with awareness it’s always a two-way street because, change one
and you effectively change the other!
The end result (of WILDing) is to make people more thoughtful and aware of their waking surroundings and the lives they're living. This is because becoming more lucid and aware in dreams automatically carries over into becoming more lucid and aware during waking, something which ultimately
equates with a general increase in awareness overall.
So yes, lucid dreaming does genuinely expand the mind!

iow: we might indeed have to be in a dream perceptually speaking, but we
don't necessarily have to be asleep in it too??
(waking 'em all up here boss! it's gonna take a while, 150 years maybe!
but it's the best i can do...)
