    ### - ah the blame-game begins? but can't see them allowing such claims
against the establishment like that (against paddock's estate yes but the hotels?) else all hotels in future would literally have to be manned 24/7
with armed guards touting crippling insurance premiums?? (can ya just see
the brochure? come to the happyland hotel which now has 120 armed guards
(+ optional insurance heh) 24/7 to protect you from nutjobs, unlike the
hotel across the road with only 25 armed guards etc etc...

or a bit like suing the cinema where some nut shot up the place that time? concert promoters too? nah...

otoh, if you're talking about creating 1000's of 'new' jobs in armed
security (private police forces and the like...) then go ahead and pass
new laws that'll basically turn hotels into private prisons with security
up the wazoo for their customers! if they 'have' any customers that is
    heh...

Paddock don't have shit, a couple houses, a few bucks in the banks,
the lawyers will eat that up before they go to court.

dude in america we have something know as being liable. IF you or an
enity is found to be liable, dude you have to pay. That's if your
insurance can pay for you. Paddock's brother is helping the court
(Probate) to pass out the assets (money). Each guy will get 20 bucks.
Who knows how much he had. But guessing he was on a losing streak
there for two years, i think he already went through alot of cash.

or a bit like suing the cinema where some nut shot up the place that time? concert promoters too? nah...

Only in America, only in aMErica. Where's my cut? Gemme gemme.

I see a dim future for Mandalay Bay Hotel. Not good.
