Not true.

The 24 year old so-called armourer killed the woman.

She shares the manslaughter (yanks call it murder 2) with the AD who
should have checked the gun's chamber was empty before calling out
"cold gun".

Alec is no killer.

Rule number 1 in gun safety: always check your weapon for live rounds. Regardless of what the armorer and the AD did, or did not do, the rule is
on Alec. Apparently he failed to follow rule number 1.
