With the sole exceptions of Madonna and Michael Jackson all music artists
who started out in the 1980s are in a hideout. Or better, no scoring and
hits in the charts beginning in the 1990s. Now only Madonna is
left. Others might still do concerts to finance their living but with
songs from the 1980s or are completely vanished from the scene, doing
other work.

How come? Is it because none was able to adapt to new music tastes over
