In response to what the elf's name is, Heremy or Herbie, the head elf in the toy room scene calls him Herbie the first time and Heremy the second. And then when he says "Herbie doesn't like to make toys",2 of the other elves at the toy
table clearly call
him HERBIE, while the last elf calls him HERMEY. So its up for grabs but i still say its Heremy.
