How about ISLAND OF THE DAMNED, a 1975 Spanish chiller (similar but much better than the later CHILDREN OF THE CORN) in which a couple arrive on
an isolated island for a vacation and slowly discover that virtually the entire adult population has been killed off by the island's children.
As I remember it, the pregnant wife dies at the end when the baby in her stomach turns against her. Weird.
