If you're talking about the default synchronet shell, the menus are in baja are located in /sbbs/exec/*.src files. default.src being the main menu. Copy it to your mods directory and make any modifications the use baja to compile it. Of course, if any of the original src files are updated, you won't get the changes unless you merge them.
