dup_user_check is now called dupchk.js and is available at https://github.com/Mortifis/DupChk

Can now be run via jsexec dupchk.js -s <syspass> or ;EXEC ?DUPCHK

Anyone wanting to give this script a try is welcome to use it; I recommend placing it in /sbbs/exec/dupchk.js for convenience.
