Ok, Sorry for posting such a large chunk of info, but I was actually able to copy the crash data this time as it does'nt show up in the error logs and I feel it is very important to be seen. When this happens it locks the whols console down. this is only the second time it has happened and it's been since I did a cvs update and a fresh build a few days agao I feel as if I neeed to roll back:

Yes, and that looks like a problem that has already been fixed in CVS.
