hello, i'm installing a fresh copy on a windows 10 vm.

my suggestion is during a new windows install to check for the visual studio .dll's and if they arent found to be installed on the system:

+ pause sbbsctrl launch
+ download the correct reedistrutable pack from the microsoft site [and tell them which one to grab if the site changes.]
