    Why dont you put ESXi on it, then you can have as many linux's as you like.

    Your genius! This is a great way around this nonsense... You are also correct in that a quick google search I found someone who put together a page to make
    a custom iso for my particular NUC with all the gotcha's worked out!! Thanks again for the recommendation!
