I'm sure it is just me but if memory serves me, I could swear that I
had a W key in default settings to change password and user sig.
Some where along the line it got lost?

Did you set SCFG->System->Users Can Change Password to "No"?

Yes I was playing with learning settings in sbbs but after going back
to default I didn't reload the bbs.

Thanks for the tips as soon as I read it, I reloaded the bbs!
