Indeed. A quick googling reveals this was all discussed with The Millionaire last summer.
Guys, I'm beginning to kinda sorta maybe sort of kind of think that perhaps we're almost wasting our time answering this dude's questions ... but I'm not sure.

Do any of the protocols work properly with ftelnet?
It was addressed to Digital Man originally not you. So don't feel like you have to answer every message written to him. Read the headers next time. Sheesh!
P.S. - that sounded a little Cheese Burger-ish there above... :-)
I seem to remember seeing something saying YModem-G is the only file
transfer protocol supported by fTelnet.

Even before that, I had seen something either in the fTelnet documentation o on a page somewhere.

It was intentional, but I can only aspire to that level of eloquence.

Remember... The Millionaire can't be bothered with reading
documentation.
Could probably just start replying to every question he asks

When you post a public message, you invite public response. That's how it works.
Please be less shitty. Thanks.

I don't think fTelnet supports FTP.. From what I remember, fTelnet supports YModem-G for file transfers.

Procomm Plus doesn't support Kermit.

You're so funny DM. I use Y-Modem G on ftelnet with Vertrauen BBS.
Re: Uploading

And how was I supposed to have guessed that? Anyway, YMODEM-G is a non-error-correcting protocol, so any single error stops the transfer. If fTelnet is having problems uploading large files to Vertrauen, then that's most likely a problem with fTelnet.

Hi Dm. Have you found a way yet to be able to upload files to a bbs without FTP on an IPad?

Hi DM. Will there ever be a Synchronet Cloud System added to the BBS one day? That might benefit for storage reasons.
