Fixed. Now for some reason tickit is saying the password isnt defined even though I have it set correctly in echocfg.

in my tic files and sbbsecho.cfg

there are four passwords... are you sure you have the TIC password defined? the
logging output for tickit should tell you if the password is wrong or missing when it runs... if processing the TIC fails before the file is imported into the file base,
tickit will abandon the processing and leave the file and TIC behind to process
later...

I updated the CVS yesterday on 3/26. Everything is correct for sbbsecho, just that I keep getting the empty ticfilepwd error when I manually run tickit.
