DM,
Does BinkIt support FTSC-5004. the DNS Distributed Nodelist?
Yes, BinkIt supports DNS-lookups (that's FTS-5004).
Does BinkIt support FTSC-5004. the DNS Distributed Nodelist?
TBH, i forget if it does or not... it has been a while since i used
BinkIT becau se i wanted to work with binkd and full 5D... i do know BinkIT will use the node list which is pretty easy to set up... doing
that brings BinkIT into compatibili ty with most all FTNs that require
the mailer to use the nodelist as the 'phone book' of systems that can
be connected to... yeah, i know you most likely know t hat ;)
DM already confirmed that it does.

You’re just a sick man as much as I am so you should understand how I feel.
Physically, probably, but I don't rail on people here because of it, short of a few close friends on here, no one really knows about my health and the impact it has made in my life.
I doesn't make me annoying or easily annoyed (go ahead. echicken, let me have it, lol).
I enjoy this hobby and what makes it fun and interesting is the stimulating conversations I have. I don't have time to temper tantrums or stupidity.

Does BinkIt support FTSC-5004. the DNS Distributed Nodelist?Yes, BinkIt supports DNS-lookups (that's FTS-5004).
So how is this supposed to be triggered? (Its not doing it for me).
I have a configuration to 21:4/100:
BinkpHost =
BinkpPort = 24553
BinkpPoll = false
BinkpPlainAuthOnly = false
BinkpAllowPlainAuth = false
BinkpAllowPlainText = true
BinkpTLS = true
BinkpSourceAddress =
(Interesting echocfg doesnt let me blank out the port if that is required.)
When I poll this node - it seems to go to DNS to get the FQDN, but it doesnt appear to have fetched the SRV record (and is reusing the port in the config).
Attempting poll for node 21:4/100@fsxnet
