I forgot to logout yesterday before going to sleep, so out of curiosity I hit ^T to see the time information and got the following:

    Logon Time : Sun Feb 16 2020 05:32 pm
Local Time : Mon Feb 17 2020 12:03 pm CDT
    Time Used : 18:31:10
    Time Remaining : 24:00:00

Your time has been reduced due to an upcoming event on Wed Dec 31 1969 06:00 pm

Now, everything is correct except the upcoming event date. I'm assuming since I'm sysop and was logged in at the time an event was supposed to run, or ran, the date is showing up wrong.

So I was right DM. It was a bug.

Congratulations, that's a truly fucking shit-kickingly brilliant deduction you done made there. Not many people would make such a connection. Few and far between are those who would see a piece of software do something weird and say "Hmm, might be a bug."

    In awe.

Why is your system in CDT when Feb 17 2020 is CST?

I doubt your TZ setting is borking it but still... DST starts on March 8 in

Just a bit more information for whenever you track this one down. I haven't changed any of the default Timed Events. This appears to happen for MSGMAINT on
Sundays where it's supposed to run at 5:00. I get the time reduced message when
    logging in and the
^T gives all the correct information at that time, it's when it hits after midnight, going into Monday where ^T showed me the exact upcoming event date/time info for 1969.
