    Really depends on where the BBS is getting it's news from, I pull from a couple
    sources,
    individual.net seems to have the cleanest feed, aioe.org the second cleanest (but some
    misses in parts), then there is my ISPs who try but their feed is pretty polluted.

    I think I remember aioe's administrator didn't try very hard to clean newsgroups that were not English. The Spanish newsgroups I used to be in ended up completely trashed by flooders. Filling a report was a pain because you had to track 20 identical
