QLR.DAT is a file that is used to reset lastread data to what they were before the packet was downloaded.

There is no mechanism for QWK networked file bases if that is what you mean. This isn't something that is supported/implemented
in QWK networking not even with Synchronet's many extensions (to my knowledge).
OKa yeah i made a qwk network for testing purposes, SBBS run as hub and
mystic is a node. I notice that sbbs receive these qrl.dat file.
So, I thought that mystic maybe could receive.
But I did not know that it was a feature only of sbbs
