Just a quick cowbell question... is the JAM code in Mystic built around an API or does the code use "homegrown" routines to read/write the message databases?

Originally I had a home grown message base library with LZH compression, then eventually switched to a modified MKSM library when I
added in Squish, and then after switching to only JAM its just my own single JAM class that I maintain based roughly on MKSM's JAM object for code compatibility.
