In the message base editor the DOVE-Net areas are setup like this.

The Base Type is set to EchoMail
Net Address is set to 0:0/0 (Local Addresses)
Export to is set to 0 node(s)
QWK Network is set to DOVE-Net (Set in Networking -> QWK Networks)
QWK Base ID is set to the area number listed in GameNet.txt

Is that what your areas look like?

That sbbs setup works fine, when I download gamenet.qwk if no messages shows the same
as sbbs in the event logs a bit different but the same

No, I believe it should be GAMENET. It might need to be uppercase.
