All this talk about g00r00 on haitus from mystic at present seems a little much. He has just released a major update with HTTP server that will run
the ftelnet-loader javascript. It has no known bugs and runs on all
platforms.

Let's get use to 1.12 A39 release and find all the things we can do with it.
We can run mutliple ports with multiple protocols and even have working web
to telnet with ftelnet using it. All these things are new in the last year
and are major additions. All known bugs have been worked through and fixed.

There's a big base of users and we should be able to take care of ourselves and not need g00r00 to baby sit us. There is http://wiki.mysticbbs.com/
with a lot of information and support from people that use it and that is better than much of the software out there.

It's time he took a break, a long and well deserved one.

It's true, but I started the thread because I was concerned.

Last I'd seen him say something was about having major issues with corruption on one of the machines he uses to work on Mystic. The tone I was getting
from that post was he was extremely frustrated and worried, and I felt bad for him. It wasn't a "Damn, he needs to be accessible 24/7!" it was more, "Shit,
I hope he's okay, what can I do to help?"

Which is why I added that I had offered to setup a VM for him to work on
Mystic if he needed it.

Yup, but he was just ready to take a break at the time. He had cranked out updates for quite a while and added all kinds of features. I also notice he does try to take a break in the summers. I'm sure that's why he didn't take
you up on a VM, he was just ready for a break.
