hi,

after upgrading to A39 I now recieve the following error during the login

Missing prompt #528 in theme xxxx
...

going back to the "default" theme fixed the problem. But at the moment I am unable to use my custom theme.

any idea what I need to do to solve this?

In the upgrade text file there are new prompts that need added in 39 , you
may have missed it . Any cut copy nd paste new prompts from the upgade doc to you custom defaut.txt file

because you didn't add the new prompts that were added in A39 hat were instructed in the upgrade.txt.

There are details about what prompts you need to add to your custom themes in the upgrade documentation.

from upgrade.txt:

- Add prompts #528-#537 to the prompt file for all themes you have
on your BBS. If you use the default prompts and have not customized,
then you can simply replace default.txt in the DATA folder with that
from the fresh installation. These new prompts can be found below or
in default.txt in the fresh installation. See whatsnew for more
information.


That looks like the one you need to do to fix your problem.

Need to read the whatsnew.txt, g00r00 added prompts that needed to be added
to your custom theme, check the default.txt bottom and you will see them. :)

Thanks to everyone. I eventually realized what I had done wrong.

I copied the default.txt, but completely forgot the fact that in my theme it did not reference the default.txt, but flower.txt which is the name of my theme. It was too long ago and I did not remember that.
