messages and users? when i scan for personal mail it shows the bases but

Fixindex fixed a problem created when people copied their mystic.dat from a backup with a different users.dat. Or from people who made 3rd party utilities that do not create msg/file areas correctly. The files are no longer linked so it should be no longer needed. Do you see message bases or users that have the same ID?

Are you talking about scanning for personal messages or email? The first means scanning message bases for new messages addressed to you. The second is your personal e-mail box. Or scanning via the global scanner, or index reader, etc. There are 4 or 5 ways to scan messages in Mystic and I can't tell for sure which you're having issues with.

You could try to set your lastread message date to todays date or something for that base or all bases if you're talking about message bases. Or the (H)ighwater mark.

The lastread stuff changed lately so if you mixed and matched A38 and A39 at any time you're going to have problems.

Also if you're using the /unread option for example then Mystic only shows
the prompt if you have have unread email.

no i scan my message and it shows them but when i scan to read them it's puts email in but shows from me.
