Took and look and use blinkp server was 'no', not sure how I'd get messages
and not send that way but that's what seems to have happened. You'll likely
see some out of time messages ;(
Hmm changed it and nothing, I guess it's time for a restart of mis as well.

Your binkp server relates to accepting incoming traffic, it's your fidopoll that will be working to send stuff out. What do the logs show when you post something on your bbs and then follow that post being exported and fidopolled?
