• Double-Up IBBS use

From Beery@21:4/109 to All on Sunday, March 25, 2018 17:32:46
I've got Double-Up up and running on my BBS. I am trying figure out
how/where to setup the ibbs.mpy script. Where/how/when do I run it?

I tried adding it to the (Q) Quit menu of the doors prior to returning to the main menu, but I see nothing generated. Any advice appreciated.

The ibbs.mpy goes into the same folder as the compiled script, and you need
the ibbs.ini configured to the fsx_dat area index on your BBS.

You do not run the ibbs.mpy it is run from the compile mpl script from the
    same folder.

Let us know if this helped.

    Cheers!

There is something I am missing.

I've got doubleup.mps in my /mystic/scripts folder. I've compiled it, and it runs.

I also copied ibbs.ini and ibbs.mpy into my /mystic/scripts folder.

Does one compile ibbs.mpy? If so, how?

Make sure you have python 2.7 x64 installed if running windows mystic x64 on your system.

    https://www.python.org/downloads/

You can keep version 3 on your system just need to install 2.7 along side it.

    Cheers!
