Nodespy isn't the best place for that - you can already do it as part of the BBS itself in Configuration Windows Console tying it to a function key. Nodespy isn't really part of the BBS itself which polling is. Now
the server window itself might be a good place for that as a function
key setup like it can be in the BBS. The other thing is just run it as a batch file or script (which is what I do).
I already have scheduled events running. However, there are times I'd like to force an event, to make sure things are running correctly, etc. The system is running with nodespy at all times, so it seems like a logical place to have a key to launch arbitrary commands. If I had to log in to the BBS just to pick
a function from a menu, I'll just exit nodespy and run the command directly.
