Hello everybody!

Having upgraded to A39 (Thanks g00roo) I have been experimenting with Mystic's webserver capabilities. I am also checking to see if this thing is getting out.

Having upgraded to A39 (Thanks g00roo) I have been experimenting with Mystic's webserver capabilities. I am also checking to see if this thing is getting out.

I couldn't locate where the server was to "enable" it as I wanted to also
check into it once I upgraded to A39 when it came out :(

Tim, although I have yet to play with it, you add it as a server and enable
it there I believe. Hope that helps :)

I had to /INSERT and have it running at this time.
I created a simple .html within the /mystic/webroot directory
but mystic keeps saying index.html and favicon.ico 404 error.
(exited and reloaded mis of course on my end)

Anyone else run into this yet?
I am very willing to test this awesome new addition!

Create subdirs "cfg" and "www" then put your files in www :)

My test site using Mystic is at http://cmech.dynip.com:8080 (no working links, just the main index.html from my Filebase area used for Apache. Just have to figure out how to link to the actual files {chuckle} without having to copy over my entire filebase to www!

Oops, those two subdirs (cfg and www) go in \mystic\webroot\ ...

Hello Sir,

In Mystic -cfg goto Servers -> Configure Servers. Press / for command list. Press I (Insert) to add a server type. Highlight H (HTTP) and hit enter.

Then configure your HTTP server. Then shutdown and restart MIS.

that is perfect!

I'll play around a bit too like you said in having items from the mystic
server (files, etc.) and create links from my live domain to access those instead of TFTP'ing them all the time to the live server, too!

I was able to locate that .. I was missing the 2 subfolders within the
webroot (cfg & www).
All working now.Woot!
