MUTIL bug?

OK, not 100% sure this is a bug, but it did not behave as expected.
OK, I used the PostTextFiles stanza.
I have an INI file that had 1500 files to be imported in one INI file. I do not believe the number of files were an issue.
My txt files were processed through PG Offline as a download of messages from YahooGroups. They were exported with a pipe (|) delimited txt file. I then imported them into Excel. From there, I wrote a VBA macro that would take
each line and write the necessary INI file out for all 1500+ records. One of those fields was written out as a TXT file to another folder with each TXT
file incremented by one (1.txt, 2.txt, .... 1500.txt).
If I use Notepad.exe on Windows to view the TXT file, all cr/lf's have been stripped. They are either missing because PG Offline did not pass them into the exported TXT file or Excel ignored them on the import. There is no formatting to maintain an 80 column view in Notepad. If there are 3000 characters in the txt file, the field of view is 3000 characters wide.
I had thought that when I then would import the txt file into Mystic's
message database with the MUTIL command, Mystic would be smart enough to wrap the message. Instead, it shows only the first 80 characters.
What I do not know is if MUTIL is only passing the first 80 characters to the message database, or maybe the read message feature in Mystis is not smart enough to handle something like this.
I hope I have explained this issue. I'm trying to do something that probably was never anticipated.
