    Can you please create a build of A38 that has the logging enabled. I am not sure but I still seem to have intermittent issues with Telnet server not answering connections even from within the home LAN. Shutting down MIS takes
    a full 60 seconds when this issue appears.

    Really just need good eyes on the MIS servers, especially Telnet and BinkP
