• MCI Code for HangUp?

From syrinxcultist@21:1/167 to All on Saturday, December 30, 2017 20:26:05
Is there an MCI code for hangup? Do the timers in the menus work? I wanted
a AFTER command to hangup after sitting at a menu for 15 seconds, but it just hangs up immediately...

you can change the idle settings in mystic config or do a mpl that will countdown until key pressed or hangup with the hang up menu command when the time expires

No on the MCI code, can do a timer for it via menus or even mpl to wait 15 seconds then hang up though.

It appears to be working. :) The AFTER command is automatically executed after the menu is displayed. That is what it is doing in your case!

If you want to make a menu automatically hangup after 15 seconds, you can create a menu command with the TIMER hotkey and set the timer value to 15. This will cause it to run itself after 15 seconds. Set that command to run the hangup option and you're good to go!

Mystic's default install has a demo of doing this very sort of thing, where a menu moves to a different menu after 60 seconds if the user doesn't do a certain thing. It also shows things like timer commands running while navigating through lightbars, etc.
