So you've got Linux/64 setup with the same version A37 I'm running. I've been getting an odd effect: if you login to the ftp server from the localhost you should find that ls doesn't work, but LS does. It's really weird, but I've found it to be true on both Linux/64 and Windows/64. If you try from anywhere else it will work normally. Are you seeing the same thing with your 'new setup'?
