Ok I know that python use in Mystic is sometimes problematic. I understand that most of the failures are improper setup of python to work with mystic.
I know that there is a tutorial that discusses setting it up for the windows environment. But is there a tutorial for setting it up in the linux environment? I had set the PYTHONPATH to /usr/local/lib/python2.7 and
exported it and restarted MIS. But when I do that, I get:

Python not detected, press a key

Is there a tutorial that talks about how to set up Mystic python in linux?

I haven't had any reports of actual issues, but if you find any please let me know.

Yes, on the Wiki and in the WHATSNEW from way back when do (I think):

    http://wiki.mysticbbs.com/doku.php?id=python

You just have to install 2.7 and create a symbolic link for the filename if it isn't the name Mystic looks for, same as any of the libraries (cryptlib, hunspell, etc).
