    how do you change the bulletins prompt?

    One way is to edit /mystic/text/bulletin.asc (that's the Bulletin menu)
    The default bulletins are bullet1.asc and bullet2.asc You can follow that pattern to make other bulletins and add them to the list in bulletin.asc.

    Another way is to edit /mystic/scripts/bulletin.mps and truly customize it.
