I have 3x telnet connections, 2 of them have become unusable as they have me logined in and have not timed out

I also cant edit my user account because of this bug

sometime my computer dose not shutdown cleanly (power failure?)

nodespy will show the logins and allow you to Kill Ghost for those logins. Should be in the mystic directory, runs as a monitor/terminal program with
ICE colors. Includes kicking users and killing ghost users.

Yes, it will cause that. Killing the Ghosts will fix it.

i would check with your connection and the computer shutting down has nothing to do with mis its just one of those things. check out nodespy in the bbs root. it will allow you to kill the ghost connection and free up the node
and then you could edit. have you looked at the logs? done a virus scan, malware?
