so i updated and downloaded file recommended the ipv6 data base renames it added the iplocation.txt and blocked the countries i did in badcountry.txt
and when some one telnets in it says

+ 02:01:13 TELNET 1-Address xxx.xxx.x.xx <-- not going to put my ip here
+ 02:01:13 TELNET 1-HostName bbs.dreamlandbbs.org
+ 02:01:13 TELNET 1-No IP2Location DB
+ 02:01:13 TELNET 1-Creating terminal process

any ideas? i restarted mis2

Did you copy the contents of "iplocation.zip" that you downloaded from the pre-alpha directory and put it into "DATA"?

You should have "iplocation.bin" and "iplocation.txt" and the BIN has to be
the proper database (there are maybe 50 different databases on their site if you downloaded it yourself).

yes

crap i didn't see that on the page early this morning.

strokes don't make you the brightest person :( plus i had the .bin extension
on it.
