so i tried to run mis2 and i got this for telnet
TELNET Unable to open IPV4 port: Error -1 (0) and i was not
able to telnet in. any ideas? .ú

Is mis also doing telnet? Have to shutdown the old telnet & binkp before starting up the mis2 ones, you also need to shut them down and restart them after changes are made.
