• Mystic Message Groups?

From Jeffs@21:1/128.1 to All on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 21:18:47
    Hello There,

In the past I hadn't done much with message groups in Mystic. In doing a
fresh install of A35 I decided to setup the message areas in groups.

Or... So I thought. I setup three groups (I.E. Local, Fidonet, Fsxnet) and
then setup the message echos. Where in the Mystic setup does one assign the message areas to a particular group? Currently in the Mystic mail reader the Fsxnet echos show up (Are listed) in each message group. I may well have
missed a setup option but I didn't see an option to assign message areas to individual groups. I looked in the Mystic.txt file and didn't see message group setup even listed or mentioned. What did I miss?

You need to create the groups, then add them as rules to the ACS for each
    base.

For instance, fsxNet is assigned Group #4 on my BBS. The ACS to list it is s10g4 (security level 10, presently in group 4)

A bit unintuitive, but it lets you have a message base exist in more than one group and other stuff I've not bothered to try.
