Check permissions, as you can see the problem is with /mrc_client.py. Being Errno 2 I would think it's something really basic. Don't you need to run it as administrator?

mrc.bat file with full path and in start in i have it set to the bbs root but it's not doing that anymore.

its defaults now to system32 directory and i never changed anything...
i set it for example to C:\ for start in and it opens now in the windows\system32

very odd.

That is not the issue there, somehow his properties on the batch file got wonky, @ best is better to copy the contents to a new one and just remove the old would be easiest. Not sure how they where changed like he described.

for an example

You shouldn't need the .\ in Windows, since Windows searches in the current directory by default.

That messes with me now, whenever I'm on a Windows system. I try using the ./ at the command prompt, and it doesn't like it... It's become a habit... :)
