I don't know if you've noticed, but when DD is used to run something and that something hangs the user is Ghosted and doesn't disappear for quite some
time. I don't know if it will stay for hours, I think it will. I noticed by using putty remotely to run nodespy entering a DD run shell (/bin/bash) and something glitched and dropped the connection. The Ghost was there 45 minutes later and I killed it via nodespy. Just so you know. I know you've been
trying to kill as many Ghost users as possible.

Howdy everyone I wondering if anyone else is running into the ghost user online. Not always I see that someone is on then leave and there still
showing on node spy as still looking at menus, but no one is there is this a bug or do i have something set wrong. On another note I would like to see some external support for sysop like a off line reader and poster for messages so you dont have to logon to the system maybe even user editor ect.
    Thanks Datalus aka Sam

Could just be a node that has not dropped, from nodespy you can select the
node and kill the ghost from the menu option.

Have you looked at the QWK packets you can download? This may do the trick
    for you..
