Is the node defined in Allfix? Is the node connected to the file area
    as a Receive node?

Yes, In allfix I have an AKA as 1:19/50.1, I have the file echo setup
using that AKA, it is set to receive (only) from 1:19/50. I've gone
over the setup several times and everything looks fine. My next plan
would be just to setup allfix from scratch. But I wanted to see if
anyone saw something that I was blind to.

    Thanks,

    Kev

    Make sure nothing has been set to Inactive/Disabled/etc. {shrug}

According to the log the node can't be found for some reason, or is getting set

to null from the Tic file ...

Did you try setting up the point as an actual node instead of an Aka and define

the node as a Receive for that Area? Just a thought :)

Yea, that is what is confusing me. It states "undefined node" but
doesn't show any node number, so it's like something in the TIC is
wrong, but TIC looks fine. It's more than just this echo, it's any echo
that I try to send to the point, all networks (fido/fsx/others).

I'll keep messing with it. My plan next is the manually modify the TIC
files to try to get it to accept it. Then backtrack where the issue is.

    Thanks!

Well, I do have fidonet setup as the actual node and I get the same
results with any fileecho on fidonet. But I probably should be testing
with that and not AKA's to try to track down the issue. Thanks for
    that.

the node as a Receive for that Area? Just a thought :)

I finally tracked it down. Apparently it was some corrupt setup files or something similar.

I found out there was an upgrade (I was running .18 and there was a .24), so I upgraded and when I appempted to toss I got better info in the logs. As I tried to fix things (node numbers, etc) I was getting "corrupted file" errors. So I just started from scratch and it is tossing files fine now.

Thanks for taking the time to help me try to figure this out :)
