I just wanted to mention that I did have another TIC file get stuck
during the processing last night. This is using MIS and the A35 alpha of MUTIL.
What I'm going to do tonight when I get home from work, is switch over to running MIS2 for the telnet and binkd connections, while leaving MIS to run the events. I'm curious to see if that might solve any issues with this.
Just as a reminder, the TIC file sits in the incoming directory, and
when I try to delete it, I get a Windoze error stating "the file is currently in use by mis.exe".

So you're not using MIS2 at all per chance right now? I see similar
issues at times with packets getting stuck in the inbound and not being released for deletion by MIS2. So in windows if I try to delete the
packet it says the file is in use by MIS2. Something I had reported on here a little while ago.
No, I'm not using MIS2 right now. I just know that g00r00 is planning on getting rid of MIS, so I don't see him doing any work on it right now.
It has just been with a TIC file that gets stuck. Although, I'm not sure if using MIS just for events will solve this. If this happens during an event, it could still be an issue... I'll have to do some testing and
see what happens.

Is it a fsxNet related TIC Dan or another network?
It is from another network. The TIC is being created by Allfix
v5.13.004, so I'm not sure if it's an issue with Mystic, or maybe a compatibility issue from an older version of Allfix...
not work now anyway. The issue is it's file locked (by the sounds of it) by MIS so MUTIL can clear it when it does try to process it.
My hunch is the TIC is fine and without the file it shipped with it will not work now anyway. The issue is it's file locked (by the sounds of it) by MIS so MUTIL can clear it when it does try to process it.
What does the MUTIL level 3 log show?
Ok,
I've switched over to using MIS2 for both telnet and binkd servers. I do have MIS running, just to handle the events. (I didn't realize that MIS wouldn't run without any servers set up...)
I'm gonna let it run like this for awhile, and see if the TIC file
problem is isolated to MIS...
I hope that your issues with mail packets getting stuck with MIS2 has
been fixed. I would rather not have any files getting stuck, if I can
help it... :)

Gotcha... OK let's see how things roll along... :) Thanks for the heads up.
Thanks please do. I'm about 10 days behind on messages and what not,
and the Mystic code is in shambles :) But I am working on stability as best I can in this next alpha including on the lately neglected Pi (because I was stuck trying to test and code on a slow Pi1 but now I
have a 3)
